Printron produces industry-standard “production ready” artwork optimized for prepress. This is achieved by artworkers refining a design master to a First In Series (FIS) artwork using brand guidelines. Once complete, the FIS artworks are then extended to Next In Series (NIS) artworks for brand range roll-outs.

Printron is perhaps most known for their deep technical prowess around color and prepress services.  The company likes to think of themselves as image engineers, with various Idealliance certifications including G7 Proof-to-Print Master Status, G7 Expert Status, and CMP (Color Management Professional).

Another core service is the state-of-the-art production of flexographic printing plates for the flexible packaging and corrugated markets. One of their newest services is production of 3D renderings for pack shots, which synchronize the physical shelf (traditional brick & mortar retail store) with the digital shelf or eCommerce consumer channels. By using the same files used to produce printed packaging, the company provides a semi-automated solution, which is both faster and more cost effective.

Finally, Printron has partnered with ManageArtworks as a value-added-reseller (VAR) of their integrated artwork management and digital asset management (DAM) platform. This system provides project management for brand owners who need an integrated solution to connect their cross-functional teams to manage the packaging commercialization process.
